It shows your device usage on a monthly calendar, displays your cumulative time for the month, and lets you set an optional daily usage limit.

On the main screen, turn on the daily limit toggle and adjust the minutes. Your setting is saved automatically on your device.

To read your usage data and to apply app limits, iOS requires you to grant Screen Time (Family Controls) access. This permission is handled entirely by iOS, and your usage details never leave your device.

Screen Time features require a real device. On the Simulator, the limit UI is visible but actual restrictions cannot be applied.

Yes. All your settings and usage information stay on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

All app data is stored locally. Deleting the app from your device removes all associated settings.
